Expeditions
This InnerTrek
series is designed expressly for executives seeking to
maximize their leadership capabilities and inspire leadership
qualities in others. Using our Whole Leadership Process™,
programs are designed with your organization's needs
in mind. They are built around stimulating sea explorations
by kayak and include three integrated modules that focus
on Conscious Intention, Effective Behavior and Personal
Confidence. The learning is cumulative over several sessions
of one to multiple day outings. In this series you will

judgment. We'll study the important roles that perception,
projection, personality and persona play in executive
relationships. We'll experience "thinking" the
way different personalities think, learn about personality
and persona tendencies, understand how we are perceived
by others and discover how to manage personality differences.
Effective
Behavior (Relationship, Communication and Teamwork skills)
Maximizing
an executive team's cohesiveness and productivity requires
the ability of each individual to behave effectively
in a range of situations. This section provides instruction,
practice, videotaping and feedback in skills drawn from
the following areas:

skills - Learning techniques for recognizing and resolving
differences, creating productive relationships, developing
verbal content and strategies, giving and receiving
peer feedback, and mentoring others.

Confidence (Transformative Learning skills)
This special
element of the program develops each executive's sea
kayaking skills from basic paddling and safety to advanced
expedition techniques. The process includes trips into
pristine wilderness areas of the Bay Area and studies
of the history, ecology and wildlife of the region, including
the Tomales Tule Elk population. Over several sessions,
the training prepares participants for a kayak trip out
under the Golden Gate Bridge. Trips can be arranged as
overnight camping or conference center experiences. Kayaking
equipment is provided and personal camping and clothing
equipment are supplied as necessary. Sumptuous meals
are provided for each outing.

Arts Learning Experiences
These InnerTrek

Skills are taught by experts who will demonstrate, guide
and encourage you to soar to new heights! Activities
include flying trapeze, static trapeze, trampoline, tumbling,
clowning, clown make-up, juggling, hand balancing and
many other "circus" skills. Programs culminate
in performance level tricks, including the completion
of a "catch" on the flying trapeze.

Selling
This InnerTrek
series of indoor/outdoor learning modules and activities

provide instruction, practice, coaching and where appropriate,
videotaped feedback in three essential areas of public
speaking from our communication segment:

- Learning how to develop speech content with
clarity and memorability

- Learning how to deal with nervousness and develop
effective body language and vocal skills
- Interaction
- Learning how to field questions and generate

and emotional confidence. Each program offers professional
instruction and practice within a safe, fun and confidence-building
environment in either:

safety, paddling and rescue skills, along with challenging
individual and team exercises
- Trapeze
arts - Learning a variety of "circus" skills,
including flying trapeze, static trapeze, trampoline,
bicycle tricks, juggling, hand balancing and more
These outings
are designed as a series of one-day programs, or, in
the case of sea kayaking, can also be arranged as a highly
