ROBERT FIGARI, M.A.
Founder
 Robert M. Figari has been a consultant in leadership development,
communications and teambuilding for over 20 years. He has
worked throughout the world with entrepreneurs and senior
executives, managers and individuals, privately and on
behalf of other consulting organizations. He has created
a unique approach that integrates inner personal growth
learning with outer behavioral skill development in an
outdoor educational setting.
In his consulting work, Bob seeks to determine
where potential relationship breakdowns are occurring in
leadership, communication and teamwork, and then works
to repair and revitalize them at a personal and organizational
level. He facilitates corporate vision, change and business
strategy communications at executive meetings and helps
plan detailed company-wide communication strategies. He
also provides executive coaching, where he helps individual
executives or executive teams maximize their internal and
external business relationships and communications.
Bob designs, develops and leads seminars in business and
sales presentations, interactive communication, customer
relations, personality styles, press and media relations,
meetings and facilitations. He coaches individual clients
to organize thoughts, clarify concepts and humanize material.
He focuses on specific skills and techniques for effectively
persuading, informing, facilitating or motivating.
Bob has prepared executives for appearances before stockholder
and analyst meetings, employee groups and key television
appearances, including NBC's "The Today Show", PBS and
CNN interviews. He has spoken before a variety of audiences
ranging from 50 to 1000, and appeared on television and
radio talk shows and news features, including ABC's "20/20",
and San Francisco area stations KPIX 5, KTVU 2, KBHK 44
and KCBS 740 on topics including interpersonal skills,
corporate communication skills, career/personal life balance
and men's issues.
Bob has been effective in a variety of corporate environments
including Wind River Systems, Pacific Bell, Fluor, Kaiser,
Elle, Hewlett-Packard, Citicorp, Silicon Graphics, Intel
and Seagrams. Over the years he has also worked on behalf
of MasterSpeak, COR Communications, Decker Communications
(also serving as Director of Training, Western Region),
Provant and Lee Hecht Harrison.
Bob has a Master's Degree in Psychology, is the proud
father of two teenagers, enjoys kayaking and all things
outdoor, and is a lover of music, theater and foreign cultures.
He lives with his wife, children and dog in West Marin
County, CA.
CHRISTINE F. FIGARI
Senior Consultant
Christine F. Figari is a facilitator and mediator with
over 25 years of experience in consulting, mediating, training,
outplacement counseling, and management. She is highly
skilled in conducting one-on-one sessions and group facilitations,
and in making presentations to audiences of all sizes.
She has extensive experience in communicating with employees
from a variety of industries and cultures, and in handling
both individual and group dynamics.
Chris has designed and conducted hundreds of workshops
in a wide variety of subjects, including face-to-face presentation
skills, coaching skills, telephone skills, train-the-trainer
skills, negotiations and sales skills, and outplacement/career
counseling. She has trained thousands of individuals in
the United States and Asia-Pacific, representing such diverse
companies as Hewlett Packard, Hershey Foods, Cisco Systems,
Hawaiian Electric, Clorox, Siebel Systems, People Magazine,
Intel, Wells Fargo Bank, Xerox, Nordstrom, Microsoft and
AT&T.
In addition to serving her own clients, Chris has worked
on behalf of Mandel Communications, BayGroup International,
Decker Communications, Drake Beam Morin, and The Training
Clinic.
Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating
magna cum laude, from the University of California, Davis.
Her continuing education includes numerous courses and
certificates in management, sales, training, coaching/counseling,
instructional design, facilitation and mediation skills.
She lives in West Marin County, CA with her husband, two
children and dog.
